Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to 19wcsi@confer.co.nz.
Cancellations received on or before 1 August 2025 will be charged an administrative fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 1 August 2025 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
