INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
GENERAL
An At-a-Glance outline program is here, which shows the general arrangement of main events and concurrent sessions.
A detailed program showing all papers and presentations will be released on 23 August.
The conference app, which will include the detailed program of all papers, events and exhibitor and supporter information will be available for download one week before the start of the conference.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
All Oral presentations at 19WCSI will be 15 minutes duration.
A simple Powerpoint template and instructions for presenters is here.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Please print your poster in portrait or landscape format, and either A0 size (841 mm W x 1189 mm H) OR 30-inch x 40-inch (762 mm W x 1016 mm H) and bring with you to the conference.

At the Conference
The Poster Session will take place on Tuesday 16 September from 17:15 – 19:00 on the Patio adjoining the West Pauley Exhibition Area.
The posters will be displayed on easels with foam core boards or on free-standing poster boards, where presenters can clip or pin their posters. Pushpins and clips will be available onsite.

Please stand by your board during the Poster Session to answer any questions.
After the session posters will remain on display for the duration of the conference.
The Poster Session layout plan will defined in the coming days and will be available on this page. You will also receive a direct email when the layout plan is released, along with specific instructions for the Poster Session.
Poster Design
Please include the following information on your poster:
- Paper title
- Names of author(s) and Affiliations
- 19WCSI logo, available here, with the logo sized to approximately 75 mm (3 in.) H by 250 mm (10 in.) long.
- Graphics are always preferred to length blocks of text. Brief text, readable from a distance, can be useful to describe and augment graphics.
